Why would they need to counter the s8. They are using it for employee bonuses and they are restricted shares. The rest is for consultants who are working for them and getting market penetration for their software product in europe. Would imagine we'll see a PR about this shortly. We've been talking about this for 5 days, so its not a surprise.
