Yes, we talked about this on Sunday night. The S8 was expected. Of the 14 million shares, around 7 million is going to employees as end of year bonuses (these will all be restricted shares), the other 7 million is being paid to consultants who are working with DLAV to penetrate the European market with their software product. I believe we'll be seeing a PR about this shortly. GLTA.
