The Soviet Union collapsed because central planning didn't work. Productivity per worker was far below that of a worker in a market capitalist system. Shortages were rampant. The collapse of the wall revealed extensive economic decay. What's your point?

According to Ryan, the mine in Russia needs to be funded. They have agreed to a financing deal. The financing deal will only go through once the share price hits .15. As of now that's not going to happen.

So how will they pay their 10% interest if the mine cannot get funded. Is the mine producing enough cash right now? Where are the financials to support that?
