Global Networks Corp. Acquires Assets of GDI Software Services
New Casino Gaming Technology Poised to Change the Way People Gamble
Global Networks Corp. (PINKSHEETS: GBNW) is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of a proprietary technology suite and all associated revenue account contracts of GDI Software Services, Inc., (GDI). The technology and accounts acquired will make Global Networks Corp. an instant world leader in the new frontier of server-based gaming technology for traditional land-based casinos and gaming shops.

Server-based gaming technology is expected to rapidly replace existing gaming machines and kiosks as casinos rush to make their casino floors more profitable by marrying client/server technology to their traditional business model.

"The casino of the future will be able to deliver multiple gaming products and customized information to patrons as they sit down to play at server based gaming kiosks. Gone are the days of one machine, one game as gamblers will be able to choose the games they want to play from user friendly menus while having the option to check comp balances, view promotional information, and access personalized accounts on a real-time basis," touts company President Shawn Balaghi.

Mr. Balaghi continued, "This acquisition will give Global Networks a leading position in the wave that is about to sweep over the traditional gaming industry. With billions at stake in we are very excited to have acquired this industry leading proprietary technology." In the coming weeks the company will be making several announcements regarding new contracts that are expected to add several million dollars in revenues.
