I'm not saying there is dumping here. But there doesn't have to be a bid for "dumping". By virtue of more shares being moved into the float we would have dumping. Another words when someone places a buy order at .0001 they may very well be buying shares that were not in the float before. Once again I'm not saying that is going on. But it has been done many, many times by various companies before, lol.
