The reported assets are held in Fundacion Pan America, a Panamanian Private Interest Foundation (PIF). There's a bunch of info and good reading floating around here on PIF's, but the bottom line is that they can't provide an audit in the traditional sense because it would violate the Panamanian Law regarding disclosures from a Private Interest Foundation
