Just got a spam email on this co. Looks interesting but it's been issued a going concern opinion and is in need of cash. It's OTCBB and that's a plus. I plan to watch this and do some DD on it. I anticipate a better entry than is currently available and will decide if it's worth it when that time comes. Please feel free to post whatever you think may be useful.
