Capted...I don't know Wilf's full plan as I haven't seen every article of his business plan laid out...but when I sat down with him and discussed things over breakfast...he turned me down without even discussing terms of additional financing.

I know that he is solvent as a businessman...so I'm guessing he isn't too concerned at the moment. That being said with the restricted out there at 180 Million and the current float at 320 Million...we must be done increasing it unless you know something I don't. The only way I can think of the float going up even more is if Wilf give's back restricted shares to the company...I doubt the Woman Key Restricted's would.

Do you think he would do that?
