The whole post is total jibber jabber. The idea that AMD received a $1 Billion judgment award against Intel is total nonsense.

If the $1 billion award was a fact instead of an hallucination by some fanboy on a blog, there would be articles all over the web on the award. But there are none. AMD's litigation history on its website would certainly mention this award but no such mention exists.

AMD never accused Intel with tampering with evidence. The whole issue concerned a public press release that was not produced before trial. IIRC, there was a difference in the non-produced press release and an earlier public press release that AMD considered significant.
