Looks like a growth opportunity to me. Another 1.5% of the server market will be enough for flat Q1 and to beat the numbers. Looking at the 2** shortages it sounds pretty much in the pocket.

Edit: 100k Opterons in Q1 with ASP $500 makes it 50 $million. Plus 600k A64 with ASP of $200 makes it $170 mullion on 64 bit line. They did $580*10^6 in Q4, so they need to sell $400 mil of old Athlons to be flat. Seems hard, but possible.
