Hank:
To try to head off some other member meltdown, the thing that all of us have to keep in mind is that you may not like the fact that someone shows up with cash when the markets are tanking, but someone else may not like the fact that someone posts the amount of money they invest.
Someone else doesn't like specific rules. Someone else doesn't like long posts. Someone else doesn't like price updates. Someone else doesn't like macro ideas. Someone else doesn't like anything under a quarter. Someone else doesn't like China this, China that. Someone else doesn't like metals this, metals that. Someone else doesn't like oil this, oil that. I could go on all day.
The bottom line is we are a community that MUST, by definition, accept the nuances of each other. I think the only real issue is whether or not the person cares about the welfare of the other investors. If so, then we should be as tolerant as possible and, hopefully, remain friends.
I love everybody as we all know!
Ok, so I don't love EVERYBODY. But, I love just about everybody who abides by the rules and contributes anything - and that includes just about everybody.
Why can't everybody just be like me - nice, sweet, timid, humble, unassuming???
