There is another type od schedule called the "AMD Plan".

AMD uses the "Plan" dates when it talks publically. If AMD a misses, as it usually does these days there are no legal consequences. After all AMD only said it had a plan it did not forecast or commit to delivery at a particular time.

Watch for the use of the great "Plan" in AMD's public statements and documents. The "Plan" is everywhere.
