Do you have any proof that"EFGO has dumped the entire authorized shares into the market today"? Please provide this is a serious accusation BTW!

There is no restrictions.

And re "show a real contract" please see "Esprit and Good Life management, estimate that the formal completion of the merger will take place as soon as the necessary filings with various authorities are completed,with a date most likely before December 31, 2007"

I guess with all the filings and name change etc Dec 31 is not unreasonable IMHO
