Can you explain that (your) comment please?

The difference between O/S and float is more than 4 Billion which they can dump anytime).

I mean how does that work? Doesnt the legend have to come off followed by a legal opinion letter from a lawyer of the restricted stock, plus a clearance letter from the company, plus the maturity dates will have to match with the transfer agent!?

WOW I just dont see or I should say I cant see how this conspiracy would work?!
