This was one of my many queries via email to JA way back in Feb this year, when I used to get responses......I guess when things 'hotted up'for JA et al and whether or not he really had no time to answer any form of communication his best way forward was seemingly constant procrastination. Also, he was highly unlikely ever to say anything
