I am hearing that the Scott deal has NOT fallen thru and that they are still in discussion. One theory for the dilution is to use the proceed to fund future orders of ClearCalm's mask. Perhaps for a deal coming up with Scott? I liked the stock at 26 cents and I am loving it even more at 15 cents. JHMO
