Valorie ....you are correct that Lau is a big hitter which has wonderful implications that Pluginz together with DNC Multimedia have intentions on being a BIG HITTER company and stock .
DNC already has an established global presence so the leap to becoming a public Security also has wonderful implications .
If I may digress for a wee moment . Private companies that desire to become public Securities typically must file to have an Initial Public Offering which is a monster feat that includes UnderWriters that get their huge piece of the pie first and also includes jumping through many hoops to satisfy the SEC and the Market on which the respective company wishes to be listed . With Robert Lau's very impressive credentials and very pertinent experience in Securities Laws I will go out on a limb to suggest that he MAY have been counselling Pluginz and DNC on how to become ONE Registrant Security without having to go to such cumbersome efforts of an IPO , choosing the reverse merger then an acquisition option instead .
They needed a fully reporting and compliant Security that also had no toxic financings that would have been impossible to overcome without grave costs . PlanetLink was the PERFECT choice as a hollow shell that met that criteria .
Should Pluginz and DNC demonstrate ability to earn $100 million in revenues per annum within 2 years as Lott stated in an October news release I envision an application at that time for uplisting to a National Market where they would shine as brightly as the sun . And Robert Lau would know EXACTLY how to make that happen .
Essentially we are receiving all the benefits of an IPO for a measly 4 tenths of a cent . Such opportunities need to be recognized as golden opportunities that rarely happen on the OTCBB .
