Welcome aboard , Valorie . PLKC is a fully reporting , SEC and Sarbane's Oxley compliant OTC Bulletin Board ( OTCBB ) Security , and therefore is not a Pink Sheet / OTC stock .

That value is the tangible factor to Pluginz and DNC Multimedia reverse merging into PlanetLink , and then morphing into one fully reporting Security named DNC Multimedia .

This is by far the most economical way to conduct an Initial Public Offering ( IPO ) for two companies that have wanted to become Public Securities simultaneously .

This is just the beginning , IMO .
