I realize that the SEC cannot remove a stock. I think you are reading my post the wrong way. I am very much against RA and USXP. What I am saying is that the SEC claims to try to regulate the markets to protect investors (among other reasons). This company has HUGE debt, ex-CEO removed and facing charges, all busniess units have been sold off, and STILL they (SEC and/or receiver) do nothing to move for suspension of trading. What are they waiting for? How many more people need to lose money on this POS?

I was once one of the gullible. I opened my eyes and finally saw RA for what he is. But I also think that the SEC is crooked and controlled by the very people that THEY should be controlling.
