Hello all!!! This is becoming my home away from home. However, no one can explain to me why I get jail for off topic posts and others don't.

If I send Shelly examples of other posters posts, I get no response. Yes, I have off topic posts, but if you threw everyone in jail that had off topic posts, then we would all be in jail.

Shelly also claimed that subject matter in other posts concerning the stock that I own is off topic. So when I reposted the post in question and asked the poster his thoughts, she called it an attack.

All I'm saying is this. Be consistant, throw all off topic posters in jail or not, don't pick and choose who goes to jail for off topic posts when all are guilty.

Show me where I attacked someone and post it publicily, or did I simply ask them to explain what they meant in their posts?

I posted a joke to livinginstyle with a J/K at the end. Shelly said that it was an attack. Ask livinginstyle if it was an attack.

Shelly said that I mentioned a gun in a post, would you please show me where I said gun? It was a wordplay on the the poster MARINE-1, who at a mock Christmas party might shoot bashers, it was a joke. Would someone read that post please and you will see it wasn't an attack on anyone.

I found examples where universaltrader(who is the poster that I had asked questions about his older posts) commented on and reposted older posts, but I noticed that they are now deleted and no punishment was given to him. This is another example of the fact that others can repost other posters posts and it's not a foul worth jail or banning;

If that's worth jail, then why are we here? To learn about the stocks we buy? To research stocks? That is information that potential buyers need to see.

In other words, universal has a very negative opinion about my company. He makes that known every day. The potential buyers need to see his potential agenda, so I asked him to explain who is group was and if he still owned a short position as he declared in these two posts;

I think that these posts are very relevant, yet Shelly declared them off topic. If I was a potential buyer, they would be very on topic and helpful.
