USU notes...long decline in pps is due to the selling of shares for the money to complete their new reactor (bcon folks can relate to this)...daily Histo is nicely diverged...they have the highest short interest they've ever had at 27m, on an outstanding 8k report...their largest institutional holder is goldman sachs (they sold 10% of their holding in sept)...it's just a matter of time now before the shorts cover...look at this share acivity...
