Today's news is excellent in the sense that it ensures BSLM a "free" and continous flow of feedstock that the company can use to make B100.
From what I understand, leading biofuel producers that depend on agro goods like corn and soybean are slave to the market price for those, which I've heard can tack on more than a dollar to their final per gallon price of B100.
So, from both a green and an economoical perspective, the company seems to have the right idea.
I also like the way they minimize risk by only building facilities once the supply side is taken care of.
This company - at least in theory - may represent the next-generation of truely green and renewable energy. A breathe of fresh air as food costs rise just like oil has recently.
