He said back awhile someone with a large block spammed them, and the SEC was perturbed. They were NOT involved, and did not get in trouble with the SEC.

They are working on a 5 year capitilization plan.
Working on updating on Pinksheets, and filing with the SEC also.
Within 3 years they want to go private.
Bottom line, he said shareholders would do 'very well'........
PS. Asked him about RS. He said no way. That's not how they work, and are concentrating on their business.
