I don't think you can assign a fair market cap until the 8k comes out and lets us know what the net income (earnings) are. On the major boards a multiplier of 14 is realistic for a retail (if people respond to this by saying we're OTCBB don't bother I already know). So if Hackett's net's $300,000 per store (man I hope they aren't red cause that will be bad) times 9 stores is $2,700,00 times a 14 multiplier is 37.8 million, this is a very high estimate, I will be happy with income in the green. I also know there are only five Hackett's atm, but the price will be based off of future value of the wisebuys transitions. If all of those numbers are correct the pps would be .047, thats not counting expansion, the SVF, or a third acquisition.
