Sounds like a plan, but I don't think they can start this running without anything real. Just announcing there will be AF's will not do it anymore. Just like annoucing the PDR trading will resume doesn't do it.
They already did it according to your plan. Now it's all over... up to 0.0001 and that is where it will stay.
