Chilar,

You will have to email this document to others since it's a PDF. I'd however like to caution you in this regard. The cover letter for the arrest warrent clearly states:

"If the reader of this message is not the intended recipient, you are hereby notified that any dissemination, distribution or copy of this facsimile is strictly prohibited."

I'm personally am not comfortable posting this on a public message board and I'd recommend you not do it either...just my advise.
