so when do we think the proxy will be out for everybodt to read, i have been following the board since i became a holder and am thinking of the pictures and the technology and the people they intend to work with and is the buyout for real or what are they doing to us. the stock price is low and has cost me allot of money so hopefully the buyout goes through, what are your thoughts.
