karzman, the company info Cinemax provided pinksheets is bogus. You can DD that yourself. The CIK# they provide pinksheets is ITHC's 1997 CIK#. Are you telling us you believe Cinemax is trading via a time machine and is ITHC circa 1997? You can also source SEC filings and verify Cinemax has no 15c211 and cannot legally solicit stock to the public. Those are the facts. If facts "scare" you, I am sorry about that. Cinemax is entitled to due process. An investigation by a regulatory must prove-up that the company is acting illegally. Then Cinemax is allowed its day in court. As far as I know, the company is in good standing, in CANADA, safe outside US jurisdiction. ;0)
if the company was as illeagle as its perceived to be by the posting here, then the stock wouldnt be trading at all...
