Scstocks - I don't think Cortex goes away if the RD trial fails, but the company and its investors will be in a world of hurt.

The insider buying is very interesting, and somewhat against my general principles it actually did cause me to buy some COR recently.

But unless some unexpected positive event happens - unexpected at least by us small investors - Cortex will be looking at an incredibly ugly financing around the middle of next year if the RD trial has problems.
