I didn't do it and am now paying for it.

I have an hot mail account and a paypal account with the same password and some one broke into my pay pal account and made an unauthorized transaction resulting in a transfer of $453 from another paypal account holder to my account and transfered that money from my PayPal account to their bank account - of course all with out my knowledge of anything going on! Now they locked up my PayPal account and want me to reimburse them for the amount!
I was able to contact one of the supervisors at the security center of PayPal and he is now looking in to it. I have spent half my morning on the phone with on rep after the other who put me on hold for a long time, because it is their busy time, before I got to the supervisor. The issue is still not resolved and my account is now locked at PayPal.
