Just have to laugh at Bloodhound.

1. Ted Gwin retired. He has his own CPA business and works on interim projects with companies as controller or CFO until companies get organized. His current project is Willamette Vineyards.

2. Richard Brounstein was on a one year revolving employment agreement. In May, it was announced he was going to head up the Geneva Office. To be remembered, he chose not to relocate to Portland, previously. It is doubtful he would relocate to Geneva, based upon that prior history. Appears he organized the Geneva office until experts in globalized trade were located and hired. It was clear he wasn't going to be in Geneva with the October press release:

"Press Release

Calypte Opens Geneva Branch Office
Geneva Office to Expand Company's Relationships with International Organizations

And to Lead Marketing Efforts of Diagnostic Products to Europe, Central Asia and French-speaking Africa

PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 30, 2007--Calypte Biomedical Corporation (OTCBB: CBMC), a manufacturer of medical diagnostic tests for the rapid detection of antibodies to the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), announced today that it has established a branch office in Geneva, Switzerland to expand the Company's relationships with International Organizations, as well as market its diagnostic tests to Europe, Central Asia and French-speaking Africa. The Company named experienced executives Khatuna Janjalia, President and Kartlos Edilashvili, Vice President of the Geneva Branch Office.

"We believe that a regional presence on the ground is a key component in reaching these new markets, which represent attractive opportunities for Aware(R)," said Roger I. Gale, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Calypte. "The Geneva Branch Office will also provide policy and technical advisory services for the Company, liaising with external counterparts in international NGO, humanitarian organizations and multilaterals based out of Geneva."

Ms. Janjalia joins Calypte from the Audit Control and Expertise Group (ACE), where she was Head of the Department for East Europe, South Caucasus and Central Asia. While there, she established and strengthened affairs with partner companies in the countries within Eastern Europe, South Caucasus and Central Asia. She also originated structured trade and commodity finance. ACE serves major international/local banks, trading companies and suppliers of manufactured goods and equipment in the field of international commodity risk management. As a credit enhancement organization, it provides third-party asset management, quality assurance and inspection services. Previously, she was a Senior Representative for International and Media Relations of the World Agency of Planetary Monitoring and Earthquake Risk Reduction (WAPMERR). She also held position as Consul of the Embassy of Georgia to Switzerland, the Counsellor of the Permanent Mission of Georgia to the UN Office and other International organizations at Geneva.

"I am excited to join Calypte where I expect to use my relationships to help market Aware(R) to governments and international organizations," said Ms. Janjalia. "Geneva represents the ideal location, as many of the organizations involved in global healthcare, such as the Global Fund, UNAIDS and the World Health Organization (WHO) are based here. Geneva is where all countries have diplomatic representations to these organizations as well. With the need for accurate cost-effective treatment in developing countries, I look forward to helping Calypte play an important role in the prevention and treatment of HIV."

Mr. Edilashvili joins Calypte from WAPMERR, where he was a senior technical adviser. Previously, he was the First Secretary for the Permanent Mission of Georgia to the U.N. Office and other International organizations at Geneva."

Roger Gale emphasized how it was difficult to have individuals try to conduct global business from the United States. It must be even more difficult when an executive does not live near the corporate headquarters. Clearly Brounstein has other visions in mind.

Van Maanen was not effective in global sales. He was also on a yearly contract. With sales distribution networks in place, there is no need for someone to head up global sales. As well, the company's ongoing goal has been to place the global sales office in a country closer to the market as they have recently done with the office in Geneva.

Finally, as to Brounstein's shares, if the termination was November 16th and there was no reporting until the past several days, it appears he may have sold his shares or is planning to sell his shares. The form filed by Dodson is blank, not indicating any shares owned. Brounstein worked on the advisory council to the SEC. I seriously doubt there is anything that has been "shady" as alluded to by the dog. LOL

I'm excited about the Geneva sales force. I don't know if they will meet the target forecast by the end of the year. However, I am certain answers will be provided at the Shareholder Meeting.

All in all, nothing occurring so far has bothered me as its a long termed venture for us. Big money wasn't put into Calypte for no reason, especially by the persons doing it. And they certainly wouldn't be putting their key staff into management and executive positions in the company unless they were focused on success.

Remember, these investors are the "big boys" on the global markets, holding the largest share of U.S. commercial real estate and involved in world oil. They don't have time to focus on "little things." Whatever they have planned is big.
