Subpennys always take longer to move from 0001-0005 levels. There is more volume needed to move it to 0003.

Btw are you kidding me on how do I know there is no selling @ 0002. Look at the trades all buys @ ask and not a single sale @ bid. Now that's called SOLID buying.
