So the key to this deal is how could there be 91 million shares OS before the merger and 100 million shares os after merger. New company will own 94.5% of shares OS after merger. Reverse split?
After merger IYSA will have 5.5 million shares not held by the new insiders. How will IYSA get from 91 million OS down to 5.5 million??
