I called and talked to a women by the name of Jenifer who told me that the NASDAQ Market Integrity Dept can not comment on the progress of a company stock symbol change. She did say that the process can be lengthy as there is a detailed review process.

My guess is that they are subjecting this shell to extra scrutiny due to it being at least the second time there has been a change request. Or perhaps they do not like the name being "Integrity" Aircraft..., the same as their dept name?
