OK. I am not too sure what you mean, but GSCT controls the sister GS companies as per the last 8K issued by KK. If you read it, you'll see KK divested people of GSGF and gave them stock in GSEG, Agri, and GSCT. Meanwhile GSCT assumed Agri and other GS companies into a single structure which was recently RS'd. Right?

As for filling in the blanks (I think this is the scenario):
SWVC will own WB, Hacks, and the consolidated GS.
SWVC will be owned by Tom S.
SWVC will remain a holding company for while. Someday they'll merge into someone else or acquire major holding companies.
And Soapy's money is in SWVC and will watch GS VERY CLOSELY.
