What went wrong? Mr. PI

2 board members who were both consultants served their time, developed the company as their contracts stated.

Horner a CPA versed in SEC accounting documentation cleaned up AMEP's books, and have them filing quarterly/annual reports ahead of filing dates. (thats a bad thing???)

The Powell group, fulfilled their contract in getting the company thru the SEC inquiry, transformation of the company from a BDC which was organized and intialized by Shane Traveller 03/04' to a fully reporting O&G corporation in 07'.

So I ask you, how is this a problem? If anything, its forward progression.
