Mr Magoo, unfortunately common sense is usually clouded by bias. I will say that common sense would dictate that a new company wouldnt fabricate SEC filings. I would think the lack of expertise on this board is a more likely explanation. In general my observation is that explanations of filings are handled through shareholder meetings, conferance calls, etc. Just because they are complicated does not mean they lack transparency. Complain to the SEC if you feel that strongly about it. I am sure once you relate your qualifications they will hear you out.
