i believe the gap up has been filled. now for us to progress up news would be required, but, that would undoubtedly result in another gap up,which would have to be filled at a later date. and....without additional news in the pipeline, retrace to 14-16 would be inevitable.

there is no plan for growth until there is a plan that is to be executed. so we wait.
