So basically, they were buying out those former shareholders you think?

This makes my head spin more than comparing those TheSubway disclaimers, lol. Complicated ownership is an understatement.

I'll swallow all this and keep investing, but Im definately motivated to be going over these financials with a fine-toothed comb from here on out. Watching out for any funny bid'ness
