I guess the question still remains...why was the dividend necessary? I take it "prior shareholders" equals the CEO and a few others, it was a private company. I have not heard of such a dividend being paid in other reverse mergers. Definately will be keeping a close eye on their cashflow in future financial releases to see what they do with it. I really dont want to see SGA expenses go way up, like they are using the company as a bank account. A company with 17 million in cash (what we were first told) is a lot different sell to investors than a company with 4 million.
