Well Mr. Coulson got back to me regarding the dividend. Here is the email for everyone, any thoughts?:

The dividend was authorized and completed in advance ofthe reverse merger as a
payment to prior shareholders of the company. We would not expect any such
divideneds going forward and any such actions would need to be approved byhe
board. I will certainly communicate your thoughts to management and understand
your concerns
