Thanks...I will definately be sending those emails.
The basher on yahoo who pointed out that info said it was the CEO "cashing out" before going public, but I don't know if that's true because he was obviously a basher. It doesn't look good though at initial glance, but there could definately be more to the story.

I do want to hear something more about it from GTEC before I buy more GTEC for myself.
