Sounds to me that maybe big big news is coming because with 1.16 billion shares or whatever it is they could never get to a higher exchange. Just too many shares! Maybe some big announcements are planned to sustain or elevate the PPS when the R/S happens. Without PR's I would expect the PPS to just drift lower to around 2-3 dollars anyway so it would be stupid for them to do this unless they have significant reason to do so! Just my opinion and I don't own any but did up till about a month or two ago and will buy more maybe if S**C ever goes up and turns my now 18K portfolio into about 100K. Just like to give my 2 cents on stocks I like!
