Wataire Ecosafe Technologies Inc. Shareholders Update

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--As previously announced, Wataire Ecosafe Technologies Inc. (Pink Sheets:WTAF - News) is currently negotiating terms to build the production model water turbine generator. The turbine technology will harvest water from the atmosphere as well as provide heat or air conditioning at the same time to individual homes or businesses. The company will announce further progress in the near future as well as a name change to eliminate investor confusion over the use of the Wataire name in both Wataire Ecosafe Technologies Inc. and Wataire International Inc.

Ecosafe is currently constructing a new website which will reflect a name change and the current business of the company both in R&D and manufacturing. The company is also developing a new strategy with technology partners to incorporate other technologies such as solar and wind-powered generators to complement the turbine technology.
President Max Weissengruber stated, “Even though the company has struggled over the past months, the support from shareholders and principals has been sustained due to the collective belief in the superiority of the technology already developed. We need to move forward and complete the turbine production model in a timely fashion. There are a number of companies who have expressed interest in either acquiring or licensing the technology once the production model is complete. Completion of the production model could provide the much needed financing to assist the company to fully exploit the significant potential for introduction of a new drinking water technology.”
