DTGoody :) The point is the management team has been involved directly or indirectly with MLM-type companies that are/were under state securities investigations, FTC charges and BBB complaints-- at minimum.

Now I understand that this too can be brushed off (like the dozen or so lawsuits against the company/CEO) as being pointless, and that could be well argued if one was/is just playing this as pure momentum-- short-term pop with multi-bag potential. But the current posts are wrapping this play in the blankets of future potential. To be fair then in doing so, the past historical data plays a significant part in understanding the future potential of this company-- no?

As far as pinksheets describing the company as one that develops internet software: is that what the company is saying-- that they are a software development company? Are they going to sell software development? No-- they are using a developed internet software tool to generate revenue. How can you see it any other way?
