So, I was doing more due diligence as per Long-vester's suggestion, and i ventured into the Yahoo message boards. ugh...between the pumpers "GTEC$$$$$$ will make me rich!!!! $$$$" and dumpers "YOU ARE ALL BEING SCAMMED!!!DONT TRUST CHINA!", someone pointed out something that was interesting and I wanted to get this communities opinion on it.

It shows a 10million dividend being paid recently which significantly decreased net cash. What do you guys make of this? Is this suspect? I would think a high growth company has better use for this money. Could this be why they needed the 5 million dollar placement?

Im not trying to bash the company in any way I just want to address any concerns I have with people who know more than I before I put any more money down.
