I click on PayPal Checout button, a new window pops up with an emty cart. No items in it. Nothing to buy, zero balance. nothing to pay.

Click on the Visa checkout, result is similar, an empty shopping cart. Nothing to buy, zero balance. nothing to pay.

Check that link I posted again. I took time to carefully research this. That 'new' keyboard is not available for sale and has not been for years.
