Yes, click the TITLE of the post in Feedreader. It is a hyperlinked...you can DOUBLE click the title in the "list view" or you can simply single click the title in the preview pane.

Here's what you need to do to open it in an external browser:

Hit F12, select the "Behaviour" tab (gotta love the spelling!), and then make sure the "Open link in default browser" is selected under the heading "when I click on weblink..."
