Just responding to your suggestion I left out the facts :), and as I was in before the run up I have not lost a penny in my position with RGNO :). Only reason I posted it, was to show that the NASDQ list can matter if covering is forced. I am in low enough here .0101 to take the risk which may occur at some point soon IMO. If not, I can dump at small loss or gain depending where it goes, still doing DD on this one as I have time. ABVG could be shorting this to buy back on the cheap, or it could be naked shorting keeping it down. Based on volume, IMO there's still buying preasure here yet the PPS stays down, so based on manipulation could be many factors (including management). Hope you win with the Cowboys
