Have you noticed the latest institutional holdings on Intel?

As I recall, Intel institutional holding was in the 60% range prior to 3rd quarter. According to the above link, that is now up to 93% institutionally owned! This as of 9/30/07. Looks like a Boston mutual fund, Eaton Vance Management, has cornered 817,587,023 shares (SEC filing made Nov 15). This is a huge amount and is indicative of a significant bet on Intel. Has the small investor walked away from Intel and their shares snapped up by a big institution? How will this affect Intel price fluctuations going forward, given so little is left in the hands of the small investor?

Any opinions on this?
